Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
1. General Information
Odyssey Travels India operates as a registered travel agency offering curated travel packages, hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and guided tours across India, with a special focus on Kashmir tourism packages.
By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding contracts.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- To confirm your booking, you must provide accurate personal information and complete payment as per the booking requirements.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message detailing your travel itinerary, inclusions, and other relevant information.
- Any errors in your booking details must be reported to us immediately. We are not responsible for mistakes resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
3. Payment Policy
- Full or partial payment must be made at the time of booking as per package terms.
- Payments can be made through secure online payment gateways, bank transfers, UPI, or any other approved method displayed on our website.
- The remaining balance (if any) must be cleared before the start of the trip. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
- All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
a) Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
- The following cancellation charges apply:
- 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total package cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of the total package cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
- Less than 7 days before departure or no show: 100% cancellation charge
b) Cancellation by Odyssey Travels India:
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify any package due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions.
- In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or an alternate booking option, based on their preference.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable cancellation charges.
- Refunds will be credited through the same payment mode used for booking.
6. Changes & Modifications
- Any request to change travel dates, accommodation, or itinerary is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Odyssey Travels India reserves the right to make necessary modifications to itineraries for safety, comfort, or operational reasons without prior notice.
7. Travel Documents & Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for carrying valid government ID proof, travel permits (if required), and other necessary documents.
- We are not responsible for delays or cancellations arising from invalid documents, incomplete paperwork, or non-compliance with government travel requirements.
8. Health & Safety
- Travelers are expected to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions before booking.
- Odyssey Travels India will not be held liable for any illness, injury, or medical emergency during the trip.
- It is strongly recommended that customers obtain travel insurance covering health, cancellation, and baggage loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Odyssey Travels India acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport operators, tour guides, etc.).
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the particular service or package.
10. Force Majeure
Odyssey Travels India shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government regulations, strikes, or pandemics.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, videos, and design elements — is the property of Odyssey Travels India. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
12. Privacy Policy
